Thank you for shopping with us! We hope you are happy with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period: You have 3 days from the date you received your order to request a return for a full refund or exchange. The request must be approved by Pallet Rack Surplus, Inc in order to receive the refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Unused and Unopened: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging, if applicable.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include your order number or proof of purchase with your return.

Exceptions:

  • Sale Items: Sale items are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise stated.

  • Gift Items: If the item was gifted and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. 

  • Customized Items: We do not accept returns for customized or personalized items.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. 2. Return Instructions:

    We will provide you with detailed return instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary return forms.

  3. 3. Shipping Costs:

    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless otherwise specified. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item.

  4. 4. Processing Time:

    Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact our customer service team.

  • We will ship the replacement item to you as soon as possible.
